RAPID is an intentional, movement based technique that works on the neurological system; the therapist applied specific pressure to the clients adhesions and then has the client move through a variety of motions. Through these actions, we are reprogramming your bodies response to pain while releasing adhesions or what you may call "sticky spots or knots."
This differs from standard massage therapy in that the client stays dressed and no lotion is used.

I graduated from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy with Honours and am a 2200 hour Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta (MTAA). I became a RAPID Neurofascial Reset specialist in 2019.
I am also a certified Pilates mat, Yamuna Body Rolling and Somatic Exercise instructor and a former professional dancer. I teach classes through Antidote Movement Club.
